American TV host Steve Harvey took to the stage at Invest Fest 2023 in Atlanta to address the allegations surrounding his wife, Marjorie Harvey. The rumors, which quickly gained traction on the social platform X – previously known as Twitter – suggested that Marjorie had been involved in an affair with Harvey’s bodyguard and personal chef. Furthermore, it was alleged that she had filed for divorce, seeking a whopping $200 million in settlement.
Steve Harvey, known for his candidness, didn’t shy away from addressing the issue head-on. Speaking to a vast audience, he remarked,
“Before I get started, just let me say, I’m fine. Marjorie’s fine, I don’t know what y’all doing, but find something else to do ’cause we fine. Lord have mercy. I ain’t got no time for rumors and gossip. God’s been good to me, I’m still shining.”
Marjorie, not one to remain silent amidst the storm, took to Instagram to share her perspective. She posted a screenshot of a book titled ‘How to Handle Being Lied About’. Her caption, a reflection of her resilience and strength, read,
