Akon provoked online dissension after he compared Africans to African Americans.

Senegalese-American singer Akon has faced tremendous criticism after he asserted that African entertainers are better performers in comparison with their American counterparts.

Akon made those remarks during an appearance on The ZeZe Millz Show, where he converse on a variety of subjects, and he went on and stressed that African entertainers were fair a little distinct.

For Africans, almost every step of entertainment moves arrive so spontaneously. I believe that talent is inbuild in our bloodline. Stage performance is absolutely impulsive for us. The ”Locked Up” hitmaker went on prior to him crowning Black Sherif and Fireboy DML as the modern cohort of African talent.

African entertainers are unique and utterly natural in terms of stage existence. Akon elaborated in almost 20 minutes. The Senegalese-American singer continued going as far as mentioning that American entertainers do wobble eminently compared to African artists and he gave a controversial comparison by praising Youtube clips owned by Ugandan young dancers. Akon believes Africans are far better performers compared to Americans.

Two Distant Strangers executive producer Van Lathan accused Akon of being pathetically disrespectful stated Lathan on his twit post. Another reactionist to Akon’s observation is Anna Gifty, Gifty is a Ghanaian-American, who outrageously stated that she dislikes Akon’s remarks with every fiber of her body for so many reasons, but what really gets me about this entire “conversation is Akon using AAVE while degrading African-Americans which is so hilarious.
